Great application, the exercises are simple but you can see results if you are consistent. i was able to loose 20 lbs in about 6 months using this for excercise and Loose It for keeping track of what I ate. I tried the medium difficulty level, but it was too hard for me, so sticking to easy, just add more laps and weight. I really like it!!

Thank you, team for the quick response! All good now!šŸ™šŸ¼ UPDATE I have really enjoyed using this app, but the new update comes with a glitch. Whenever the clock starts before an exercise when it gets to the end of countdown it goes straight to the end page with the "Congratulations" as if it had ran through all the exercises already. I'm having to click on "next" before the end of countdown in order to get t the exercises. Also, not really liking the new design of the app. I had to stop and thi

Our team has solved this problem. Please update app to the latest version. Regaring finding your plan - all plans now are now on the main screen so you don't have to click 3 times to get to them. It will take time to get used to it but it should simplify the process. Also please enjoy eternal pro version.

It's a great app and the fact that it let's you create your own set of Exercises with your own intensity levels and that it helps you concentrate on the areas that u particularly want to improve makes it one of the best apps on the market..!! Just one request if u could add more exercises for the hip region to help concentrate on those ugly love handles and obliques more intensely. Ex fire hydrants, leg side pulses, single leg hip thrust, etc.. Thank you.
